Moisture was trapped in sub-floor and remediation team sanded and wire brushed to remove encapsulant and set locational drying conditions. After drying and clean conditions were completed, post verification swab indicated Condition 1. Because this client hired Bernhardt’s for consulting and project facilitating all aspects of the IICRC S520 standards were followed.
