I am the family’s assistant and admin. They own a home in the Palm Beaches that had water damage and resulted in mold issues in multiple locations. We hired Bernhardt Restoration to access the mold and then retained their services for consulting and project supervision. Additionally, they retro fitted the condo from a shared air plenum to a self-contained. They oversaw the mold remediation and re-construction of both a condo and a cabana to oversee vendors that are in their network of services as well as the association’s restoration crew. The gave real time, cost effective solutions that were recognized by the insurance company and even their costs were absorbed under the policy. Best experience in South Florida. Mark and Noeli were outstanding.
