Mold and Water Damage Assessment- Level One (1)
Includes a non-invasive review of the interior envelope. The assessment is conducted with the use of visual, thermal imaging, construction material moisture readings, ambient air readings, microbial level testing (2 samples included), and 3rd party laboratory analysis. These findings will be reviewed in reference to the IICRC and a report will be formulated indicating the findings and suggested actions to remedy the deficiencies recorded. These reports can be used for insurance and trades that will be needed to correct any deficiencies found. Please allow 24 to 48 hours turn around for results if rush order is requested.
*If attic access is warranted, an additional fee will be incurred. Ceiling heights, movability within the attic and risk involved are determining factors in pricing.
