Remediation Post Clearance Inspection found 2 feet past visible mold was not conducted and left this shower behind. Once the new remediation company followed the IICRC standard for mold removal, we found this beneath the master shower pan. Approximately 3 inches of standing water due to poor construction methods and large amounts of visual growth.
